TEPCON is proud to announce that we were recognized with the Newcomer Award – General Contractor at the ASA 2025–2026 Awards Gala Masquerade Ball. The award represents an exciting milestone for our team and serves as recognition of the dedication, relationships, and momentum we have continued to build within Arizona’s construction industry.

Hosted by the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona, the annual gala brings together contractors, trade partners, vendors, and industry leaders from across the state to celebrate excellence, collaboration, and contributions to the construction community. To be recognized among so many respected companies and professionals made the evening especially meaningful for our growing team.

Richard Martinez and Tom Prischer attended the event on behalf of TEPCON and proudly accepted the award alongside their guests. The evening provided an opportunity not only to celebrate the accomplishment, but also to reflect on the hard work and commitment that made it possible.

While the award may carry the word “newcomer,” the recognition is rooted in years of experience, determination, and a company culture focused on relationships, accountability, and quality work. From field crews and project management teams to operations, accounting, coordination, and leadership, every department at TEPCON has played a role in helping shape the reputation we continue to build.

Over the past year, our team has continued expanding our presence across Arizona through commercial construction, tenant improvements, service work, electrical projects, and long-term client partnerships. More importantly, we have remained focused on delivering projects with integrity, responsiveness, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

This recognition is also a reflection of the incredible clients, trade partners, and industry relationships that continue to support and trust TEPCON. We are grateful to everyone who has collaborated with us, advocated for us, and contributed to our growth along the way.

Awards are exciting, but for us, they are also motivation. As TEPCON continues to grow, we remain committed to building strong partnerships, supporting our industry, and delivering exceptional work for our clients and communities.
