Community Involvement

We are leaving a legacy one good deed at a time.

TEPCON Construction is more than a construction company—we are active members of our community. We strongly believe and are committed to strengthening, enriching and supporting our community.

Community involvement isn’t just an annual event at TEPCON, it’s a year-round effort. Members of our team continually take actions that not only affect individuals directly, but also leave lasting impressions on members of our community.

We find that community involvement creates an environment of collaboration within the workplace. When acting as a team, we can achieve more. Here are some of the highlights of our community involvement.

Benefitting Threadz Teens Clothes Closet

Celebrate Christmas in July with TepCon Cares by donating to Threadz Teens Clothes Closets. Download our flyer to learn more and drop off donations to our offices by July 8th.

TEPCON Cares

At the end of each year, employees are given a sum of money and instructed to spend it on a cause that they find most worthy during the season. At our holiday party, each employee shares the story of where the money was donated, and peers vote on the best effort. No matter the outcome of the vote, each employee is leaving a legacy one good deed at a time!

Care Packages

TEPCON keeps a supply of care packages readily available for employees to take, keep in their cars and give out to any individual deemed in need. The package is presented in a Ziploc bag and consists of: a new pair of socks, a toothbrush, a snack and a pack of wet wipes.

Team Building

“TEPCON builds community in more ways than one. Beyond their multitude of commercial construction projects throughout the Valley, their employees came out on a Saturday to spruce up Esperanza Prep school. Employees showed up ready to dig in. In just a few hours, they relocated the school library and restriped their basketball court. The students, staff and principal were over the moon! Many thanks Team Tepcon for sharing your time!
