TEPCON Cares was developed through our belief in strengthening, enriching and supporting our community. We’re excited to announce that our year-round effort for community involvement is officially a 501(c)(3) non-profit!
TEPCON Cares alongside TEPCON Construction promotes an environment of collaboration within the workplace. As active members in our community, our team aims to leave lasting impressions on both each other as well as community members.
Through TEPCON Cares, our team regularly volunteers with local street cleanups, delivers care packages to community members and supports numerous local organizations in need. During the holidays, every single employee is given a sum of money that they can contribute to a community cause near and dear to their hearts. We’ve been proud to watch over the last 10 years as the team’s spirit of giving has grown to include employee’s extended families, additional community donations of funds, food and supplies, as well as year-round volunteer partnerships. TEPCON Cares has inspired a company-wide culture shift toward community impact in which every one of our team members is involved.
