As a Service/Facilities Electrician, you will play a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical work across a variety of occupied and operational environments. This position is responsible for executing service calls, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and completing small project scopes with efficiency and professionalism. You will also provide guidance and oversight to foremen, apprentices, and laborers when assigned. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to support scheduling, documentation, and any tasks required to keep projects and service requests running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in troubleshooting/problem solving
• Maintain a clean, organized service van
• Have own hand tools and meters
• Ability to explain electrical theory to clients
• Ability to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends)
• Restock materials in service van on a routine basis
• Comply with current NEC Standards
• Organize, plan and prioritize workload
• Clear, concise communication with all parties involved with the construction project
• Maintain daily logs, along with records of time and materials utilized on each project
• Ability to perform job walks and assist with estimating and plan take offs
• Utilization of company computer tracking software for attendance, timecard entry and change order tracking
• Supervise and expedite material orders
• Review plans, specifications and notes
• Provide Supervisor with accurate start and completion timelines
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate well with others
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
• Familiar with Excel & Word programs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years journeyman electrician experience required
• Experienced in working within occupied environments and high rise, or multi-tenant buildings
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred
• Must have AZ Driver’s License and clean MVR
• Pass a drug test and background check

Compensation:

•  Medical, Dental, Vision eligibility after 60 days
