TEPCON Construction is respectful of the duty we hold to contribute to our economy and strengthen community resources. All year, members of our team are taking actions that not only affect individuals directly, but also leave a long-term impression on members of our society. We find that community involvement creates an environment of collaboration within the workplace and also that, when acting as a team, we together can achieve things on a larger scale than if acting alone.
TEPCON Leads By Example:
We consistently keep a supply of care packages which can be taken at an employee’s will and kept in their car to give out to any individual deemed in need. The package is presented in a zip lock bag consisting of: a pair of tall socks, a tooth brush, a snack and a pack of wet wipes.
Our team participates in a program sponsored by the owners of TEPCON where each employee is given a sum of money and instructed to spend it on a cause which we find most worthy during the season. At our holiday party, we each tell our story on how we spent the money & vote on the best effort.
We are leaving a legacy one good deed at a time.
We trust these organizations to allocate our contributions wisely. We enjoy being a part of their growth and good will!
